Stickwitu- Pussycat Dollsmuch as i hate to admit it and stick up for genuine talent, pcd really can
sing.
anyway,
and it IS 2006.
i wonder what will become of 1988-2005 in 2006.
i wonder what will become of me.
don't we all ponder the same.
new year's eve was pretty cool, although i wouldnt have paid half the price i did for Get the Funk Out.
NO AIR-CON. goodness. everyone was sweating buckets can.
good party nonetheless.
i left earlier join daryl they all at some dingy pub.
it really
was a dingy pub, and everyone was like high or drunk or whatever.
looking at them was enough to make me feel tipsy.
i may be exaggerrating. :P
there were some other people with them whom i wasn't exactly well-acquainted with.
their girlfriends didn't like me.
HA. too bad. i'm too old for them to pick on.
*sticks tongue out
okay, i just visited paul's blog and i'm inspired to sum up my 2005 in 20 points:
1. went to SAJC
2. joined girls' soccer
3. left for mass comm
4. worked at sweet secrets for 2 months
5. got to know my t108 (now t103) classmates
6. my friendship with bao, jin and daph growing stronger, even as time stretched thin
7. genuinely cried over a guy
8. left church
9. mother got engaged
10. worked as a telemarketeer
11. went to KL as a facilitator for a kids' lifeskills camp
12. got closer to daryl, martin and co.
13. crashed new town's prom (HAHA)
14. went to my first party (the non-alcoholic ones didnt count)
15. partied ever since
16. rekindled my love/hate relationship with alcohol
17. learnt the ciggys
18. rejected and regretted a few times(perhaps i shouldnt be so serious abt finding a love of my life yet)
19. wrote my first song
20. moved to a new life that excludes a maid but involves an American.
i got to look through my journals and see if there's anything i should have included.
and that was my 2005.
SO.
it is time to step forward into the unknown.
this is the year i turn 18.
i heard they might be changing the club law, that as long as in your 18th year it doesnt matter what date you're born.
i hope that materializes.
and in spite everything, i'm determined to put my new motto into motion.
thou shall live without expectations.okay, last but not least,
party update !!!
once again, there'll be a party on the
14th of
january at
Rav, which is situated in circular road (clarke quay).
tickets are going at
16 bucks each, inclusive of one housepour. :)
and this is NOT a lifestyle bash, so there won't be desperate guys!
(everyone who has gone to a lifestyle bash will totally understand... NOT that i'm bad-mouthing or anything)
anyhow,
call me at 90935158 or TAG HERE for tickets.
spread the word people!
